🌈 pride 🌈

the one rule of pride month: no gatekeeping!!

trans people belong!! (yes! including nonbinary!)

ace and aro people belong!!

and bi/pan people belong!! (no matter what gender their partner currently is)!!!!!

💖 let’s all just celebrate each other’s existence and get along!

remember! this is our time to shine!! 🌟

3, 5, 6!!

thank you, Saihara!

how long have you been aware of your sexuality/identity? – I’ve been aware of it for about two years now! I really only began to question my identity and sexuality about that time, and once I figured out the terms that described who I was, it was easy!

share a positive memory about coming out! – I was nervous to come out to my mom, and I remember that it was very late at night when I did. she was tired and groggy, but her answer was all the same. she just came over to me, hugged me, and said, “that doesn’t change anything. you’re still you. you’re still my daughter” (this was me coming out as pan, not as agender! i still haven’t done that one yet T-T)

how do you feel about pride month? – I love it! I think that it’s a great month and an amazing way to showcase those that identify within the community. pride is something very special, and important, and I love being a part of an entire month to honor my friends and family that identify within the community. it means a great deal to have recognition that’s this prominent. sure, I believe every month should be pride month, but it’s still a great time nonetheless, and it’s a time to celebrate who we are!

Since it’s Pride Month I just want to remind you guys that bisexuality is real, is valid, that bi people don’t have to prove their sexuality to you and that they’re the b in lgbtq+ so they should be treated with respect within the community
